Sponsoring Amsterdam.rb helps out the community organize monthly events where we come together to learn new things and meet each other. If you're looking to sponsor one or more events, see the list of sponsorships available below.

As a sponsor you're always welcome to give away some goodies, such as T-shirts, stickers, mugs, socks, etc.

All sponsors are required to read and adhere to our Code of Conduct.

Location sponsor

Hosting an Amsterdam.rb means your location is (wheelchair) accessible, and you have the following on-site:

  1. A PA system
  2. A projector and a screen
  3. Adapters for a myriad of machines
  4. Plenty seating
  5. Cooling for beverages

In return you'll receive:

Drinks sponsor - € 500

There are two options:

  • The sponsor takes care of the drinks fitting the amount of attendees, in close communication with the organisers,
  • The sponsor receives an invoice from amsrb.org for the amount of € 500 and we will take care of the drinks.

Drinks sponsoring to the tune of € 500 (excluding VAT). You’ll receive an invoice for this exact amount.

Food sponsor - € 500

There are two options:

  • The sponsor takes care of the food fitting the amount of attendees, in close communication with the organisers,
  • The sponsor receives an invoice from amsrb.org for the amount of € 500 and we will take care of the food.

Food sponsoring sets you back € 500 (excluding VAT). You’ll receive an invoice for this exact amount.

Drinks & food sponsor - € 900

There are two options:

  • The sponsor takes care of the food and drinks fitting the amount of attendees, in close communication with the organisers,
  • The sponsor receives an invoice from amsrb.org for the amount of € 900 and we will take care of the food and drinks .

A sponsorship covered both the Drinks and Food sponsorships. This sponsoring sets you back € 900 (excluding VAT). You’ll receive an invoice for this exact amount.

In return you'll receive:

  • 5 minute speaking slot at the meetup you’re hosting
  • Roll-up / banner space
  • Mention and link on amsrb.org for 6 months
  • Mention on meetup.com
  • Logo and mention in the meetup’s intro slides

Speaker sponsor ~ € 1200

As a Speaker sponsor you help us include international and diverse talent in our line-up, by covering their airfare and accommodation. Depending on the individual we try and make their stay as valuable as possible to both them and the community. Thus, if we do workshops with the individual, you indirectly support this as well, and you’ll be mentioned as a supporter. Speaker sponsoring is valued at € 1200 (excluding VAT).

In return you'll receive:

  • 5 minute speaking slot at the meetup the speaker is speaking at
  • Job opening shared on meetup.com, Twitter
  • Roll-up / banner space
  • Mention and link on amsrb.org for 8 months
